Not sure how Layne broke her wrist but one of our students did exactly the same thing half way through our school term last term. Kennedy broker her wrist during PE (Physical Ed) when she fell on the ground during a game, she put her hand down to brace her fall and broke her wrist! It meant she had to miss sports (Netball and Basketball) for nearly the whole school term - eight weeks! Also thanks for the work that you've been posting about the storms, were currently on a break from school and have been for two weeks but we start back in the classroom on Monday morning and I will share your site with our students. Mr Webb and Room Eight, Melville Intermediate, Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand.

This is Layne. I broke my wrist by playing kickball. I fell back and put my hand out to stop myself.
